The fee schedule will include:
The new fee schedule is effective July 1,2007.
Full Board New: $2,000
Expedited new: $1,500
Continuing Review: $750
Full Board Amendments: $300
Expedited amendments: $250
There will be no charges for handling adverse events, data safety
monitoring reports, new investigator's brochures, etc. These items are
examined by the board at the time of continued review.
