Approximately 120 to 140 students matriculate at
the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Urbana-Champaign campus. After
the first academic year, the class is split into three groups, which spend the
remaining three years at one of three campuses, Urbana-Champaign, Peoria, and
Rockford. After their M-1 year at our Urbana-Champaign campus, roughly
50 students complete their medical education in Peoria.
